2. What Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

• Purchase information — if you buy our digital travel guide, your name, email, and payment confirmation are processed by our payment provider, Gumroad, Inc. We do not see or store your card details.

6. Email Newsletter (MailerLite)

If you subscribe to our newsletter, the email address (and, where applicable, name) you provide is stored and processed by our email service provider, MailerLite Limited, acting as our data processor. We use this data solely to send you the content you signed up for (travel tips, guides, and occasional offers) and, where relevant, to deliver a specific resource you requested (such as our free packing checklist).

7. Digital Product Purchases (Gumroad)

If you purchase our digital travel guide, the transaction is processed entirely by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as an independent data controller for payment and billing information (including your card details, billing address, and purchase history). 8. Embedded Content From Other Websites

Articles on this Site may include embedded content (for example, videos, maps, or social media posts). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if you had visited that other website directly. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

9. Analytics

We use Google Site Kit to monitor site performance and understand how visitors use the Site (pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, and referral source). 10. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

This Site is intended for adults planning travel and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including secure hosting, restricted access, and reputable third-party processors — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
