Independent planning, complete control. Beyond the Coast provides personalized travel research, recommendations and itinerary design. You make and manage all final flight, hotel, transfer and activity reservations directly with the selected providers. Live prices and availability may change until each reservation is completed.
All planning fees are displayed and charged in EUR and apply to two travelers. Delivery time begins after your completed questionnaire, written confirmation and payment have been received. Full payment, cancellation and amendment terms are provided before purchase.
Longer, multi-country or group journeys fall outside these packages and require a custom written quote.

What will I receive?
Your exact deliverables are defined by the planning package you select. Depending on the package, your final plan may include a destination strategy, curated hotel shortlist, bespoke day-by-day itinerary, experience and dining edit, transport guidance, preparation notes and direct booking resources.
Which planning package is right for me?
Escape Starter is designed for one focused travel decision. Curated Escape suits a 5-8 night trip with one main base. Signature Escape is intended for longer or multi-stop journeys, while Honeymoon Signature provides the most romantic and detailed planning experience for couples celebrating their honeymoon.
What does a refinement round include?
A refinement round allows you to request reasonable adjustments to the recommendations or itinerary within the original destination, dates and agreed package scope. Major changes such as a new destination, different travel dates or an expanded itinerary may require an additional fee.
How far in advance should I inquire?
Please inquire as early as possible, especially for honeymoons, peak-season travel and multi-stop journeys. Delivery begins after your completed questionnaire, written confirmation and payment have been received, and typically follows the timeframe listed under your selected package.
